We take a limited number of drop-offs each day. Pick the day you'll bring it in.

Parts returned under warranty or for a core exchange can't be given back. A core charge may apply.

DIAGNOSTIC AND TEARDOWN CHARGES
Diagnostic fee:
Teardown / reassembly fee: Charged only if you decline the recommended repairs after parts have been taken apart for diagnosis.
Diagnosis begins once the diagnostic fee is approved. If you requested a written estimate, we will send it to you for approval before any repairs begin. If you set a dollar limit, we will not exceed it without your approval. If you did not request a written estimate, none will be sent.
Whichever you choose, we'll send you the diagnostic fee to approve before we start, and no repair work begins until you approve it.
